Most stakeholder/audience profiles are personas — fictional characters designed to represent groups of real people. But these fictional personas can oversimplify reality, miss important nuances, and can be difficult to put to use in the real world.
On the other hand, Relationship Mosaic Profiles aggregate real data to highlight the diversity within groups of people, rather than hiding it behind a single fictional character. The profile template is also scalable. You can use it for large and diverse groups, smaller and more narrowly-defined groups, and even individual contacts — effectively capturing how they think and feel, why each relationship matters, and how to engage with them.
All of this is designed to provide data-driven insights that actually drive better decision-making — from broad strategic planning to day-to-day tactics.
