We’ll use my RFI framework — an effective, repeatable approach to identifying, categorising, prioritising, and understanding stakeholders — to tackle two critical questions: Who should we focus on right now? and What types of relationships should we build with them?

Let's build a common agenda around your desired impact. We’ll use an approach that’s tailored to your team‘s needs — whether that’s something playful and innovative like WonderLab's Tomorrow Party, or a more traditional approach of mapping out your theory of change.

We’ll unpack your team's goals and needs for the workshop.

2. Tailored prep
I’ll develop a clear agenda, drawing on best-practice frameworks and approaches. Where appropriate and beneficial, I’ll conduct one-on-one or small-group calls with your team members and/or other key stakeholders.

3. Facilitation
I'll facilitate the workshop, creating a safe and collaborative environment where participants engage meaningfully and work together towards clearly defined outcomes.

4. Follow up
After the workshop, I'll deliver a concise synthesis document clearly summarising key insights and actionable recommendations. We can also schedule a follow-up call to go through the document, answer any questions your team has, and refine the action plan together to ensure clarity and momentum.
